Robert completed his education at the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, California, graduating with honors in 1978. As co-founder of Optometric Vision Centers, he was responsible for location selection, design, construction, operation, marketing, patient care and sale of private practices throughout Southern and Northern California until finally teaming up with another Doctor in 1988. In 1999, he obtained his Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agent certification. He was appointed to 3 four year terms on the City of Huntington Beach Investment Advisory Board and is also currently a member of the Nvision Laser Vision Correction Advisory Board. He is also a member of the Kodak Lens advisory Board. Dr. Glass is a licensed pilot, aircraft owner and published author specializing on the subject of aviation and vision. In addition, he is a professional musician and recording artist, and currently tours with Bad Habits, the Official Eye Docs of Rock.

Dr. Tiffany Luong was born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley. She graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and received her doctorate degree from the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton.
During this time, she had the opportunity to train at various practices across the country. She has experience at the Salem Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Oregon, where she managed a variety of ocular disease, from glaucoma to corneal ulcers. She trained at Hoopes Vision Surgical Center in Utah, where she developed her passion for primary care optometry with an emphasis on contact lens, surgical co-management, and ocular disease.
Dr. Luong is always open to answering any questions you may have about your eye health. She believes fostering a good relationship with patients will lead to the best possible care.

Dr. Tina Nguyen earned her Doctorate of Optometry at the Southern California School of Optometry and completed her Residency in Primary Care and Ocular Disease. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences at the University of California, Irvine. She is TPA and glaucoma certified for the management of many eye diseases (related to dry eye, infections, diabetes, macular degeneration) and pre/post-operative surgical care (LASIK, cataract).
